Dear Cedar Valley Tenants, Snow is unpredictable in New Brunswick, your cooperation in the CVI Snow Removal policy ensures safe spaces for all residents to park.

Please note that following a storm, all vehicles must be completely removed from the property during the time slot mentioned below. This is essential to ensure that our team can clean the lot promptly and safely. Any vehicle that is not removed during the scheduled time for the specific property may be towed at the vehicle owner’s risk and expense. As per the CVI Snow Removal Policy, noncomplying tenants will be charged a $50 fee.
